Counter-Notice Requirements:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address
  5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice

HexDecoder will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

Important: HexDecoder does not store user-generated content. All encoding and decoding operations occur in the user's browser. We do not have access to or store any data that users encode or decode.
