Contact support and customer help illustration

HexDecoder is maintained by Sandeep Sitoke. The fastest useful message is specific: page URL, input value, expected output, actual output, browser and version, and a screenshot when layout is involved. That gives us enough detail to reproduce the issue instead of guessing.

We do not currently offer phone support. We are also not able to provide one-on-one debugging help for projects that are unrelated to our tools. If your question is about hexadecimal encoding in general, start with the Guides. If a guide is missing a case or shows an unclear example, send the exact section URL and what confused you.
