HexDecoder is built and maintained by a small team led by Sandeep Sitoke, a software engineer with 14+ years of experience across web development, security, and data tooling. The fastest way to reach a human is email — we read every message and respond within two business days, often the same day. For bug reports, please include the steps to reproduce, the browser and version, and a screenshot if the issue is visual.

We do not currently offer phone support. We are also not able to provide one-on-one debugging help for projects that are unrelated to our tools. If your question is about hexadecimal encoding in general, you will often find the answer faster in the Guides — and if you cannot, we would rather you email us than stay stuck, so please do reach out.
